How we use beta applications

This notice covers the form on our website where you apply to join the Sanctuary beta. Applying does not create an account. Once you join the app, our Privacy Policy covers your account.

What we collect

Your first name, your email address, your country, whether you use an iPhone or an Android phone, how you heard about Sanctuary, the reason you give for joining if you choose to give one, and your confirmation that you are a woman aged 16 or over.

Why we collect it

To decide whom to invite, to email you your invite and the steps to install the app, and to understand how people find Sanctuary. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who can see it

Only the small Sanctuary admin team. It is stored securely with the hosting provider that runs our app.

How long we keep it

Twelve (12) months from the day you apply, then it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your application. Email support@sukunlife.co.uk from the address you applied with. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
